American Idol finalist Sundance Head will return for a command performance at Kings Harbor on Thurs., Aug. 5 from 6-9 p.m. as part of the Keller Williams Realty Northeast and Kings Harbor free Summer Nights at the Harbor concert series.
A blues artist, Sundance released his first CD self titled “Sundance Head” in February and has performed locally at the House of Blues. A versatile musician, he plays a variety of instruments including the guitar, drums and harmonica. Sundance will be joined by Keith Rowe on vocals and guitar.
The guest charities are the Kingwood and Kingwood Park high schools All-Sports Booster Clubs. The event will include the Plaza fountain and Happy Heart the Clown providing balloon animals and face painting.
Additional sponsors of the Summer Nights series are the Kings Harbor restaurants: Sharky’s, Chimichurri’s, Zammitti’s, Raffa’s and the Wine Loft. Sharky’s will have a booth selling cold drinks and frozen treats. Kings Harbor is at 1660 West Lake Houston Pkwy. in Kingwood between Kingwood Dr. and FM 1960.
