A listing occurs when a real estate agent and a homeowner enter into a listing contract to sell the homeowner’s home. The listing contract defines the terms of the agreement, including (but not limited to) how long the home will be listed for, at what price the home will be listed at, the amount of the commission, and any exceptions to the commission.

Listing Team of the Month: The Fahrmeier Team; Karen and Megan Fahrmeier
Karen started in The Real Estate Business in October 1998 after spending six months searching for her second home. Her first year in Real Estate, Karen was nominated “Rookie of the Year” and finished 3rd among the Keller Williams Realty Northeast agents. Since then, Karen has maintained the #1 Sales Agent status, either as an individual agent or a team, as well as being ranked among the top 10 in the Greater Houston Region.
Other recognition’s include Keller Williams Hall of Fame, Who’s Who Among Business Professionals, Five Star Award Winner in Texas Monthly Magazine, plus a few others, but her greatest real estate reward is to witness the joy of happy buyers and sellers.
Karen’s greatest joy in life has been being a mother, with her three children in college now. Juggling family, friends, and work has been challenging, so to relieve tension, Karen feels that exercise is the best medicine. She enjoys playing tennis, walking, biking, dancing, and just about any activity that involves aerobic exercise.

By focusing on a wide array of properties for future development from raw land to retail stores in Humble and the Lake Houston area has allowed Anne to be an integral part of the economic development in our area. As evidenced by her continuing involvement in the East Montgomery County Rotary Club, the Greater East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce, the success of Northeast Houston is vitally important to her.
