Sales Agent of the Month: Josh Arkless
Josh prides himself on providing the best customer service for his real estate clients. With customer service as his number one priority, it has led to referrals being the majority of his business. After spending many years in the construction business, Josh has parlayed that knowledge into being able to identify underlying positives and negatives in homes that his clients may otherwise not notice. Community is a big part of Josh’s life. He is a board member for the Lake Houston YMCA and is the chair for the Lake Houston YMCA Bridgefest. Josh and his family are also supporters of many Lake Houston organizations. Josh is married with three daughters. He is a coach with the Kingwood youth lacrosse club and enjoys woodworking when not helping his clients.
Sales Team of the Month: The DeBlasioTeam; Pam DeBlasio and Kelli Semar
Pam began her career with Keller Williams in February 2010 while still homeschooling her 3 children. As the children grew, so did her business. Adding Kelli Semar, buyer’s agent, in 2014, helped to grow her business to what it is now. Selling waterfront property and acreage properties are her specialty and allows her the ability to combine her love of boating and raising performance horses with work. Her greatest accomplishment to date is raising her 3 children, the oldest, a sophomore who plays tennis for Philadelphia University in Pennsylvania, homeschooling her daughter, a sophomore who competes in high school rodeo and her youngest, in eighth grade who plays tournament baseball. Her husband and kids are very supportive and have greatly contributed to her continued success.
Sales Group of the Month: The Tracy Montgomery Team; Tracy Montgomery, Sandy Brabham, Lisa Montgomery, Janelle Galvan, Robyn Choiniere, and Melissa Nelson
Tracy has been in the real estate industry and a top producer for over 15 years and has become a multi-million dollar producer. She continues to be one of the top rated salesperson, while also receiving multiple awards and recognition; some of which include, most listings at Keller Williams Northeast, top producer on most closed transactions, and was also inducted into Keller Williams hall of fame. Tracy started her own team in 2013 adding two buyers agents and one full time assistant. While Tracy loves being a realtor, her passion is helping others in her community and her family. Tracy is married and has two daughters, her eldest is following in her footsteps and has received her realtor license.
