With another strong Summer month, the data points to a continuing positive trend in home sales. On average, in the Northeast Houston community, sellers are getting 96% of their asking price. This is promising news amongst the gloom and doom news about the U.S. debt ceiling.
This data, coupled with the job growth and overall quality of living in the greater Houston market, continues to make Kingwood and the surrounding communities a great place for families to settle.
