Keller Williams Realty Northeast Free Concert in the Park
The Agents of Keller Williams Realty Northeast host Concert in the Park on Friday, November 14th in Kingwood’s Town Center Park. The monthly charity concert will feature Satisfaction, a Rolling Stones tribute band, and supports The Village Learning Center, a center that exists to create environments that help individuals with disabilities reach their maximum potential for independent living.
Each year, March through November (with a December rescheduled concert this year), Keller Williams hosts this charitable concert for the Kingwood, Atascocita, Humble, Lake Houston, and East Montgomery communities. The Agents strive to provide fantastic, family-friendly music, while working with local charities to give back to the communities in which they live.
The Kidz Korner has grown in 2014 to include a bounce house, huge double slide, gaming center, face painting, and holiday-themed craft table. In addition to the free popcorn and balloons, the concert also provides the opportunity to purchase inexpensive raffle tickets to support the concert’s charity and win amazing prizes. The Agents of Keller Williams also lead the crowd in dancing on stage to fun songs like the Wobble, the Macarena, and Cotton-Eyed Joe.

Addi’s Faith Foundation – 6th Annual Walk By Faith
The 6th Annual Walk by Faith will be held at Sam Houston Race Park on Sunday, November 9th (7:45 kid’s 1K — 8:15 5k & 10K). This event has something for everyone. Competitive runners can be chip-timed and compete for prizes, families are welcome to bring strollers and take their sweet ole time, and kiddos can run their hearts out in the 1k. Then, everyone joins together for an inspirational post-race celebration.
Generous sponsors have provided food & drinks for everyone. Pair that with an amazingly fun Kid’s Zone, festive music, raffle, & awards and you have a P-AR-TEE!

2nd Annual Jim Upshaw Chili CookOff
In memory of one of our great KW agents, Jim Upshaw, we’ve dedicated the 3rd Friday of November as the Annual Jim Upshaw Chili Cookoff. Prior to Jim’s passing in 2013, the Agents of Keller Williams Realty Northeast hosted a Thank You party for all the vendors that had supported our office through the years. Jim would make his “Texas Red” chili to the delight of everyone.
So, to carry on this tradition, we’re asking KW agents, staff, and vendors to participate to see whose chili can be the fan favorite!
