There is a team out of Austin that has achieved a number one ranking. Keller Williams Realty has been named the No. 1 real estate franchise on the 31st Annual Franchise list by Entrepreneur magazine. (You didn’t think we were talking about football. Did you?)
The Entrepreneur ranking was based on financial and statistical data for our parent company Keller Williams International from July 2008 through July 2009. According to Entrepreneur, the most important factors in the selection process included “financial strength and stability, growth rate and size of the system.”
Keller Williams was named to the 2010 Entrepreneur Franchise 500 in mid-December. That same week, Keller Williams was named the Most Recognizable Brand of Real Estate Franchised for 2009 by the Swanepoel TRENDS Report based on a survey of more than 11,000 real estate agents nationwide.
The accolades wrap up a year filled with distinction for Keller Williams. Earlier last year, the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Home Buyer/Seller Study gave Keller Williams Realty, Inc., the “Highest Overall Satisfaction For Home Buyers Among National Full Service Real Estate Firms, Two Years in a Row.” The company also ranked second-highest among home sellers in the study.
All this recognition proves that more than one Texas team can boast a winning season.
