With over 8 years’ experience in the Northeast Houston Real Estate Market along with having been a Kingwood resident since 1987 where she raised her 4 children, Francie Watson brings her unique background and expertise to the home selling or buying process. She is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing which offers her access to exclusive marketing tools, serves on Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, and has earned the CNE designation, Certified Negotiation Expert. In her spare time, Francie enjoys spending time with her 2 ½ year old grandson, two grand-puppies, taking care of her 3 cats, and sharing backyard cookouts with her family. She also enjoys reading a great book or watching a good movie with her husband of 35 years. Her favorite summertime vacation spot is St. Augustine Beach, FL.
