About Michael O’Neal
Michael is from Center, TX a small agricultural community in the east Texas Pineywoods. He has been with KW realty for less than two years but has already been a multi-million dollar producer both years. Transferring in from the Metropolitan area he has listings all over Houston with great success.
Michael believes that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear & open communications, particularly on the needs and expectations of his client(s) and the market conditions. He understands that every client has unique requirements and circumstances and that while the real estate process is a well trodden path, the journey to achieving a successful transaction will be different each time. Flexibility in being able to adjust schedules, combined with a high level of responsiveness to changing needs, are essential elements that enable Michael to provide his clients with the very best level of service and support.

Michael choose to enter into the real estate market after understanding his talents understanding and working with people on a broad spectrum. Real estate sales was the right choice. The journey has been swift and successful due in part to his dedication to his clients, and in part to his thirst for knowledge. He constantly updates his real estate skills with courses and has earned several designations along the way. He also studies and implements the latest technologies to effectively market properties and work with buyers.
