A listing occurs when a real estate agent and a homeowner enter into a listing contract to sell the homeowner’s home. The listing contract defines the terms of the agreement, including (but not limited to) how long the home will be listed for, at what price the home will be listed at, the amount of the commission, and any exceptions to the commission.
Listing Agent of the Month: Michael O’Neal
Michael is from Center, TX a small agricultural community in the east Texas Pineywoods. He has been with KW realty for less than two years but has already been a multi-million dollar producer both years. Transferring in from the Metropolitan area he has listings all over Houston with great success.
Michael believes that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear & open communications, particularly on the needs and expectations of his client(s) and the market conditions. He understands that every client has unique requirements and circumstances and that while the real estate process is a well trodden path, the journey to achieving a successful transaction will be different each time.
