A listing occurs when a real estate agent and a homeowner enter into a listing contract to sell the homeowner’s home. The listing contract defines the terms of the agreement, including (but not limited to) how long the home will be listed for, at what price the home will be listed at, the amount of the commission, and any exceptions to the commission.
Listing Agent of the Month: Rob Roca
Rob Roca is a Marine Corps Veteran,originally from New Orleans, who served during Desert Storm. He moved to the Houston area a year and a half ago when his wife Brittany, who is originally from Deer Park, was transferred back to Houston by Chevron. He currently lives and works in the Mont Belvieu area and his world consists of Brittany his wife, and kids Saige (14), Maddison (13), Riley (10), Landen (8), and their 2 spoiled fur babies Berkley (Boxer) and Evangeline (Chihuahua). He joined the Keller Williams team almost immediately because of the emphasis on training and family values. Being a military veteran these factors are extremely important to him. He has made it a point to reach out to fellow service members to help educate them on the various programs available to assist them in buying a home or property. He doesn’t stop there, he also spends a lot of time helping first time home buyers understand the processes of home buying and ensuring that they don’t feel alone when doing so and also educates them as to the programs available to help them reach their real estate goals. If that doesn’t seem to be enough to keep any one person busy he is also an active volunteer and member with The Pathway Church in Mont Belvieu. The Pathway Church is a true service based church that spends countless hours helping the local community in any way possible. He is a firm believer that by helping others with your time, talent, and treasures will help you achieve happiness on such a greater level.
Professionally, Rob believes that as long as you concentrate on your clients needs, every transaction will be a success. Being honest, up front, and keeping lines of communication completely open will help in achieving trust and referrals from your clients. Setting high goals and standards and having fun in doing so are what keep him going to lead a successful business. Taking those values and coupling them with Keller William’s training and innovative tools that help our clients is a combination that CAN NOT lose. He is excited to see what the future has in store both professionally and personally.
Listing Team of the Month: The Clint Reynolds Team; Clint Reynolds and Shanna Widner
Born and raised in Humble, Texas, Clint Reynolds began a career in real estate in early 2009 after eight years in education. Within two years Clint had become one of the top producing agents in his office with millions in production. Clint was personally recognized by the CEO of a major national real estate company for his innovative marketing techniques and results.
Clint joined Keller Williams Realty Northeast in July, 2011 and has ranked in the top four individual agents every year, and the top producing agent who specializes in the Atascocita market. Clint goes out of his way to provide a first class experience for every client. He holds designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Negotiations Expert and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.
In 2014, with the addition of buyer’s agent Shanna Widner, Clint formed The Clint Reynolds Team, and quickly became the top producing team for August, 2014 at Keller Williams Northeast.
Clint is an avid baseball fan who enjoys playing men’s softball and golf. He also enjoys to travel and see new places. Real estate never stops moving and neither does Clint!

Tracy has been in the real estate industry and a top producer for over 15 years and has become a multi-million dollar producer. She continues to be one of the top rated salesperson, while also receiving multiple awards and recognition; some of which include, most listings at Keller Williams Northeast, top producer on most closed transactions, and was also inducted into Keller Williams hall of fame. Tracy started her own team in 2013 adding two buyers agents and one full time assistant. While Tracy loves being a realtor, her passion is helping others in her community and her family. Tracy is married and has two daughters, her eldest is following in her footsteps and has received her realtor license.
