Keller Williams Leverages Technology to Provide Top Real Estate Services for Home Buyers and Sellers

Very few people could argue…technology plays an important role in our day-to-day lives. Smart phones like the iPhone, Droid and BlackBerry allow us to interact with our friends and family on Facebook, send quick text messages, surf the Internet, and even share photos and videos in real time. iPads, laptops and desktop computers enable even more high-tech activity such as making online purchases and searching for a new home. On a daily basis, people are engaging with technology morning, noon and night.

Real estate agents, in particular, rely on technology to manage property information, communications with their clients and interactions with other listing agents. They often spend their day logging into several different systems to manage their business. This leads to less time available to spend with homebuyers and sellers.

Keller Williams identified this issue and recently launched the real estate industry’s first complete lead-to-close technology solution for every agent in the company, called eEdge.

The eEdge platform is only available to Keller Williams agents, and will help improve the overall experience of buying and selling a home. The tool is specifically designed to help agents run more smoothly so they can do what they do best – provide the highest level of service to buyers and sellers.

“eEdge represents another example of our commitment to stay ahead of the curve and provide the best technology support to our agents. This ultimately helps Keller Williams agents in Northeast Houston market deliver top service to their customers,” says Lorri Brines, Senior Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty Northeast.
