2012 FALL FESTIVAL at KING’S HARBOR

King’s Harbor is highlighting the finest quality artists and vendors for shoppers to enjoy on Saturday, October 6th from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.  This annual festival attracts a crowd of more than 2,000 from Kingwood and surrounding communities, including one of Houston’s wealthiest zip codes. Headline entertainment will be provided by the renowned “Coastliners” at beginning at 7:00 pm. Proceeds of the event will benefit Will’s Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income children to succeed through activities and programs that promote positive self-esteem.

Vendor hours are 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The cost of each booth is $150.  Admittance will be on a first come, first serve basis and products sold are subject to approval. Space is limited to 50 booths.

Exhibitors provide their own 10×10 white tent, tables, chairs, and equipment (please refer to the attached Rules sheet).  There is no access to electricity. However, secure Wi-Fi will be provided by CenturyLink exclusively to vendors at no charge.  There is free parking in a covered garage, and patrons enter free.

RAIN OR SHINE – NO RAIN DATES OR REFUNDS

 

 

Exhibitors must provide their own 10 x 10 clean, white easy-up tent(s), heavy weights, required on each corner, and display equipment, including tables, chairs, and display racks.

Please include required photos with your application:  One (1) jpg photo of your display and booth.  Plus two (2) jpg photos of what you intend to sell.  These may be emailed, as a jpg file, or mailed (photocopies and photographs will not be returned).

A tax-ID number is required on applications to be considered.

Communication will be via email – a vendor packet with event information will be sent electronically about two weeks before the event date (nothing will be sent in the mail).

Spaces will be assigned – no changes made the day of the show.  Please specify on the application if you are requesting a certain location.

No garage sale items will be accepted and all items must be family friendly. If items displayed in the booth do not meet guidelines, the exhibitor will be asked to remove items.

No food items may be sold – unless approved during the application process.

Vendors are not allowed to have any animals at the Festival.

Exhibitors must be present at all times during the show.  No booth will be left unattended.  Each vendor must stay open until closing unless given express permission of the festival managers.

Early registration fee is $150 per booth with a deadline of October 1, 2012.   Late applicants will be charged a $50 additional fee.  We reserve the right to refuse any application.

Applicants must pay by check, money order or cashier check.  After October 1, payments may only be made by money order or cashier check.  Credit Cards payments are not accepted.  Refunds are not possible.

King’s Harbor will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during set-up, the event, or tear-down.

RELEASE:  Applicant’s signature on this application shall, and at all times hereafter will, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Midway Management, L.P. as agent for KING’S HARBOR Property Owners Association (Owner) and Owner’s affiliates, directors, shareholders, and partners; Will’s Kids and its affiliates, directors, partners, and assigns; Keller Williams Realty Northeast and its affiliates, directors, shareholders, partners and assigns; and/or K’s Motorsports and its affiliates, directors, partners, and assigns from any and all loss, damages, fines, costs, charges, claims, liabilities or expenses, including, but not limited to court costs and attorney’s fees, which may arise out of his/her activity on the Property. I agree to abide by the rules and understand the release for the 2012 Fall Festival at King’s Harbor.
